Modiji's masterstroke --- how Shri Modiji , using new adoption law, will earn bribes of HUNDREDS of crores of rupees every year from couples who want to adopt kid from orphange = anaathashram !!!

Now I am convinced that Sri Modiji is 56" and has IQ of 1000. Because I could NOT have figured out this way of earning bribes !!! And even if I had or someone explained, then also I would NOT have dared to print this law !! But not only Sri Modiji had figured out a HIGHLY intelligent
.
As per new law, the couple (= would be parents) cannot "choose" the orphan kid they want to adopt !!! The Govt officer appointed by Shri Modiji will pick one kid, and the couple = would be parents will have only two choices -- adopt that kid, or go at the end of the waiting list !!!

Right now, the would be parents can DEFACTO pick and chose. They look at 10s of orphan kids, and sometimes 100s of porphan kids, and sometimes also UNOFFICIALLY take help of child psycologists to figure out which kid is intelligent and better behaved. And they take a healthy kid, with better intelligence , better temprament etc. And yes, there is also bias for fair skin.

Now as per new law, Sri Modiji will appoint one officer per district group, That officer will have several orphanage = anathalaya under him,. The couple who want to adopt will need to approach the officer. The officer will pick one kid. And parents have two and only two choices - adopt that kid or refuse in which case they go at the end of the waiting list !!!

So now officer appointed by Sri Modiji can UNOFFICIALLY show 100s of kids, and let parents tell which kid they prefer most. And then officer picked by Sri Modiji will give THREE choices

(a) I will offer you some handicapped or mentally retanred kid as first last and only choice OR

(b) pay me HUGE bribes, and then I will offer you the kid you want OR
.
(c) And if you dont pay me bribe, then see (a)
.
Now consider a say 10 couples who have wealth of say Rs 100 crores each, and say they are aged say 40 years plus and have no kids. All 10 may be eager and desparate to adopt a kid and surely they dont want option (a) or option (c). So at least 8 of them will be "happy" to give 10% of their wealth as bribes !!! As of now, the going rate for bribes in adoption is mere chai-panni (which is just a few thousand) and some "raaji khushi" which is only 0.1% of their wealth. Now it will be at least 10% of their wealth !!!

And how will adoption officer know how much wealth the couple has? Simple -- couple have to give their PAN card and AAdhar number !! And thanks to Digital India, PM's office can access all details on wealth and their past 10 years income as shown in incomw tax returns, and also know how much bank FDs etc they have !!!

So now guesstimate number of childless middle ages couples who are desperate to adopt a kid, and no relative of their is willing to give their kids. So they have to go to an orphan house. Over 90% of them will be "happy" to give 10% of their wealths !!! The adoption officer appointed by Modiji can keep some 1% of collection, and rest will be sent upstairs !!! So guesstimate the total bribe collection !!! My guess is 100s of crores of rupees per year !!! And less than 0.1% of population will suffer !!!

I could have never guessed that one can generate bribes even from couples who want to adopt kid from orphanages !!! Thats why I admit that Sri Modji is 10 times smarter than I am. And even if this way is shown and explained to me, I would never be able to be so bold !!! And thats I admit that Shri Modiji is 56".

Now, to those who oppose this law, I request them to tweet " @PmoIndia #CancelNewAdotionLawMay2017 " . And if if you dont want to tweet , then fine. But pls dont waste my time in asking USELESS questions like "will PM listen to all this tweets" and other nonsense questions.

Now all RSS(*)-workers have supported this law (* - RSS = RSS + BJP , just Gangadhar = Gangadhar + Shaktimaan). . Proof - None have sent above tweet.

All in all, loot is rising - and more bold and more creative ways have come.

eg in notebadali, many "nationalist" leaders of one "nationalist" party using bank managers etc ---- (a) took old notes from note hoarders, (b) gave old notes to bank managers (c) using adhar card zeroes of real people did notebadali transactions on their behald (d) the aadhar card owners and bank staff got just 2% !!! (e) the nationalist leaders charged 30% to 50% !! --- IOW, nationalist leaders of a nationalist party made over Rs 50000 crore to Rs 100,000 crore in notebadali !!!

And now they will also earn in adoption business. !!!
