Gujarat Legislative Assembly passed the much anticipated Gujarat Self-Financed School (Regulation of Fees Bill) 2017 on Thursday in a move that will bring relief to lakhs of parents struggling to pay exorbitant fees to give quality education to their children. The Bill that covers all private selffinanced schools affiliated to state education board, ICSE, CBSE or IB in the state fixes the upper limit for fees for primary schools at Rs 15,000, secondary schools at 25,000 and higher secondary schools at Rs 27,000 applicable from academic year 2017-18. ....

This will become hell hole of rampant corruption. All along his tenure as CM , KalkiPurush Tritaya Shri Modiji was well known for rampant corruption in education. And now it will only get worse.

The solution I at Right to recall Party propose is
.
(1) Print Right to Recall District Education Officer law-draft , print Jury System over Govt schools staff law-draft, and create Saatya System to improve Govt schools.

(2) The private schools should be taxed like private companies,
.
(3) And the only restriction they should be following is --- they can raise fees for EXISTING students by inflation index for three years and no more. The fees for new students can be higher and should be annouced 6 months in advance. And fees for existing students can be raised after three years o notice.

SoMoke and Congress / RSS / AAP workers have opposed RTR-DEO and Jury System over Education staff. They have also opposed the law fo minimal regulation of fees of private schools.

All in all , using the law-draft that KalkiPurush Tritaya has printed in Gujarat, the RSS-leaders and RSS-workers will simply devor all private schools !!! (RSS = RSS + BJP)
