Guidelines about Right to Recall Party newspaper advertisements

The person who is paying money and drafting advt will have FULL freedom. But these are some expectations
.
(1) The advt giver must first upload the LAW DRAFTS pdf , that he is advertising, on mygov dot in ;. The pdf should have language in which advt is given, and it may translations into other languages
.
(2) The advr should have text of twitter / SMS msg that advertiser wants voters to be sent to @PmoIndia , @CmoState . MP, MLA etc etc And the ad giver MUST have first sent that tweet to @PmoIndia, @CmoState etc etc. After all, if you are asking all to send tweet, then you MUST have sent that tweet first.

(3) The advt must mention that at his advertisement, and must mention the NAME of person who gave the newspaper advt. It may or or may not mention RRP. If possible, pls also give QR code of that text. If possible, add a link to FB status which has list of all contrubtors with amounts they paid.

(4) Payment must be given by cheque or DD or RTGS etc i.e. anyway except cash
.
(5) If possible, the advt should also mention the "possible election candidates" with constituency names and their FB proflie links,

And the advt may also have links that explain the drafts and links that explain importance of sending tweets / SMS to @PmoIndia , MPs etc

IOW, from now on, all advt should be draft oriented OR election candidate oriented (when person is actually contesting for elections)
