Given that large number digital payment frauds are going to happen, the least NaMo can do is to print law --- that if anyone wants to file his complain, then policeman MUST take his complaint IMMIDIATELY and if the complainer wants, then complain must come on PUBLIC website immidiately !!!
.
I have seen victims of digital payment fraud who were told by policemen at police station "go to crime branch office here or there " and then told "pls send complain by registered post !!". And crime branch office is sometimes several kilometers away
.
It is accepted that paper currency has to die. Because USUK elitemen have threatened that if we dont kill paper currency, then USUK elitemen will give all currency printing tech to Pakistan !!! And we can neither deter USUK elitemen not deter Pakistan (or China in case China decides to give technology to Pakistan). So paper currency is no longer an option for us. So we dont have choice but to us epaper cheques and / or go digital.
.
NaMo has refused to fix paper cheque system. In USA in 1990s, I saw that almost every business accepts cheques even from immigrant like me !!!Not because they have faith in me (they didnt, because back in early 1990s, most Americans saw Indians, Pakistanis and Bangladeshis as one and same, and had poor opinion about Indians because of poor behavior of Pakistanis and Bangladeshis !!! ). But the laws related to cheques were so good, that they take cheques from anyone !!!
.
And digital route Namo has picked is full of possibilities of victimization. To start with, the smart phone sellers and phone repairman can install trojans in phones that will send all bank account numbers and passwords of senior citizens to the trojan installers.
.
Now if policemen show "laws" like go to crime branch station or send complain by registered post, then NaMo is ONLY making criminals' life easier.
.
So least NaMo can do is to ensure that if a complainer wants his complain to become public, then it MUST come on police's website immidiately.
