The logic of making a movie tax free is simple --- when a movie is made tax free, its collection may increase, and some 30% to 50% of additional income is given to CM (and PM in case CM and PM are from same party) as bribe
.
So NaMo ordered Haryana CM to make Dangal movie tax free and now NaMo has also ordered Chhatisgadh CM raman Singh to make the movie tax free !!!
