How notebandhi ruined a senior retired police officer

A senior retired police officer (*) had arrested a dreaded dacoit (**) some 40 years back. He got a hefty award (***) in Rs 100 notes which he had kept in his safe. But since notes were getting worn out, In around oct-2016 , BEFORE NOTEBANDI, the police officer saw that Rs 100 notes were getting torn and fading. So he went to local bank and asked the bank manager to give exchange it for Rs 100 notes. But bank did NOT have Rs 100 notes and so bank manager offered Rs 500 notes. The old retired police officer accepted the Rs 500 notes in oct-2016 (before notebandi) ..

Now, one month later, NaMo ordered demonetization of Rs 500 notes.

So the retired police officer went to bank to get new notes.

But the bank manager refused to convert his notes and did not even allow him to deposit his old notes!!

Why?
.
The retired police officer was a farmer so farm income was untaxable. And his pension income due to his police job was below senior citizen tax exemption limit. So he never needed to file a tax return and so it never occurred to him to get a PAN card made. So he had never got his pan card made !!
.
And when his was chasing that dreaded criminal, that criminal had cut off both of his arms !!! And and so due to lack of finger prints --- he could NOT get his adhaar card made.

And there was no electricity in his village and so he had no electricity bill !!!
.
All he had was voter id. But since his both arms were cut, he could never vote !!! And so he had not voted for several years and so voter card was over 20 years old and he never got it re-made !!!.
.
So the bank manage did NOT allow him to open based on just that 20 year old voter id !!! The bank manager flatly told him - no KYC, no account and cant deposit old notes !!!

The bank manager advised him that he can deposit the money into account of his son or any close family member !! But the dreaded dacoit had killed all his family members and except a widowed daughter in law. But she also died later due to grieve when a guy she had loved was killed by same dacoit !! So the poor retired police officer does NOT have any family member either !!

The poor police officer is still crying with his old Rs 500 notes. He cant even convert them , and bank wont even let him deposit it due to absence of KYC certificates !!!

And given his name and fame, he cant even go to black market to convert old notes into new notes or gold !!!
.
Such a brave celebrated police officer, lost his both hands in hot pursuit of criminal, and poor guy is running around for notebadli due to lack of KYC !!!

The police officer wanted to kill the dacoit, but due to emregency prevailing at that time, he was NOT allowed to kill him but only arrest him !! The dacoit was not hanged but given life imprisonment. So now the dacaoit G H Singh is having a laugh --- --- "see, you got award for getting me arrested, but notebandi has made that award useless" !!!
