I dont know whether AAP was contesting or not.

So so far, notebandi has increased BJP's popularity. Or, hasnt decreased BJP's popularity by much
.
More can be said after we get % vote share in this election.

But one thing for sure --- turnout was only 60% . not very high. So many many voters have simply ignored the elections as before.
