Japan uses more cash than India and yet black money in Japan is near zero !!

Because cash does NOT mean black !!!

On 8-nov-2016, USUK-elitemen ordered NaMo to cancel Rs 500 / Rs 1000 and NaMo immediately obeyed. SoGa / ArKe too were ordered to obey and they more or less obeyed. The goal was to force all 130 crore Indians to switch to android based emoney. The goals were

(1) android based payment system can be shut down by US Govt any minute

(2) emoney will force Indian businessmen / factory owners to pay income tax of 25% to 35% and thus make them lose against mauritius companies on whom income tax rate is 0% (or 7%).

(3) emoney will force a large number of Indian factory owners and businessmen to give up 2% lumpsum status in VAT / GST and accept 12% (or 20%) VAT / GST dealer status, In that case, they will become victim of "Missing Trader Problem" and "SoMoke's Mass Slaughter Clause" ( see clause-16.11.c of GST act. I call that clause as SoMoKe's Mass Slaughter clause).

To rationalize emoney, SoMoke gave argument that cash dealings increase black money !! And every SoMoKe-andhbhagat and CoBhApSwaRa-worker has been faithfully echoing that argument like a parrot.

Well, the argument that cash promotes black money is wrong.

Japan has HIGHEST cash usage - higher than India.
.
And yet Japan has near zero black money.
.
The reason is - land sale laws in Japan ensure that only cheque or accounted cash can be used. So a person who keeps unaccounted cash will lose when he tries to buy land. So cash reciever keeps some cash in black but converts most of it in white by immidiately depositing it into bank next day.

So ecash has plus points,. But SoMoke's argument and SoMoke-andhbhagat's parroting that "cash means black money, cash means black money" is hogwash.

And will removal of cash lower corruption. Not even by 1%.

Within a few months, if will of USUK-elitemen prevails, NaMo may remove ALL cash, even re 1 coins and 50 paise coins from circulation.

In such cases, the IAS / IPS etc will take bribes in cheque !! How? Since 1947, judges in India have been asking litigants to write a cheque in favor of their relative lawyers as bonafide consulting / legal fees !!! IOW, corruption in judiciary has been cashless since 1947 !! And now ALL Ministers / IAS / IPS etc will switch to this cashless mode, by keeping 1-2 relatives in between. So cashlessness will NOT reduce even 1% corruption in India. And their relatives may fees via Mauritius companies, and so income tax rate on them will be 0% !! Some service tax of 16% to 20% may apply. But that would be all.

So cash doesnt mean black money. And cheque doesnt mean white money !!!
