NaMo is ordering RBI not to send new notes and small notes to banks, because in such case conversion of old black into new black becomes easy
.
Many Rs 500 old note owners are using following method
.
(1) Pay Rs 10000 in old notes to a person whose income is below say Rs 250000 and bank deposits during a year are also near zero
.
(2) ask him to withdraw Rs 8000 of new notes and give back
.
(3) repeat this cycle several times
.
Now only way to stop the cycle is --- dont give cash to bank !!
.
So bank will only give Rs 2000 or so !!
.
Also, NaMo has ordered RBI to give mainly Rs 2000 notes and not Rs 100 notes !! Because that way, black money hoarders will be forced to take Rs 2000 notes for their old Rs 1000 / old Rs 500 notes. And in jan-2017, Rs 2000 notes will be demonetized again !!
.
So all in all, current shortage of cash and extereme shortage of small notes is due to direct orders from NaMo
.
This will force whole India to adopt cashless means sooner or later. And those who cant move cashless will suffer bigtime.
