Please google on "Ajai Shujla". He is retired colonel but hated by most Military guys for reasons I dont know. I dont like his views, but he has given a few points to cite that surgical strike was NOT as big as mediamen say. Basically, question is "7 were killed or 70 were killed ".

Paidmediamen say that our satellites were able to see our soldiers and send live feed to control room.

One has to manually point satellite at a point to see. So if Chinese or USA had any any information on operation, they could have pointed their satellited and found location of our soldiers. So either US / China human intelligence in India is not so strong. Or, they knew, but decided not to pass information to Pakistan

As per some Tv-channels, helicopters were used. But many paidmediamen say diametrically opposite facts. As per them 5 teams of some 15-20 commandoes each team cross LoC on feet and walked (or crawled ) distance of 3 km inside LoC. Then they attacked the terrorists with guns, grenades , other explosives.

Paidmediamen say that there was no and very low retalitory fire in all five locations and the retaliatory fire didnt kill any of our soldiers. And so ALL came back home safe.

Now one point I got some a website was --- how come sniffer dog didnt smell anything? The sniffer dogs are trained to start barking moment they smell a new unknown person. Every person living in that area is taken close to sniffer dog and sniffer dog smells him, and sniffer dog takes him as 'known" person. And whenever an unknown smell comes, the dog will start barking. So how did sinffer dogs missed so many newcomers? Or were they not using sniffer dogs at all? And how did planners on our side assumed that sniffer dogs arent used?
