NaMo has ordered to sell away several PSUs for cost below the cost of land plots they own !!!

In year 2000 of so, Arun Jetley had sold MF = Modern Food to Hindustan Level for some Rs 200 crore. Back then , MF's plots in Delhi alone were worth over Rs 800 crore !!! And MF has huge real estate in several other cities.

Same way, later Arun Shourie sold over 50% stake in VSLN to Tata for Rs 7000 crore. VSNL's real estate alobe was worth several times that !!!

And the story goes on.

Several PSUs are being sold away for a price below the land plots they own.

GoI can always close the PSUs, move all employees or give then "CRS" (Compulsory retirement scheme) or pass legislation to fire them with some compensation. And then auction off the land. But none of these options are tried by BJP and were never tried by Congress. And AAP too opposes disclsoing full real estate holding of each PSU. All in all, when in comes to siphoning land, SoGa \ NaMo / ArKe are one and the same
