Due to pressure of SPM = self paid media = social media and not due to his free will, one positive step has happened in NaMo govt --- NaMo has ( or forced to ) raised issue of Indo Pak water treaty and its use as a force to keep Pakistan to stop terrorism in India. In his political career of over 40 years to 45 years, NaMo has NEVER ever even informed RSS / BJP workers about this treaty. But thanks to activists and SPM = self paid media = social media, NaMo has finally raised this issue.

Now pls dont expect intimidate action. It isnt as easy as turning off a tap. Riparian rights can be raised in UN, Say we stop water or even reduce it by 5%. Then Pakistan will surely raise issue in UN. And so unless USA (and UK / France) , Russia and China support us, the UN resolutions can go against us . China will surely oppose India and support Pakistan. Russia still may support us. UK and France will go with USA. Foreign policies of USA are NOT decided by people of USA by US-elitemen -- some 2000 - 3000 apex elitemen (such as bank holding company owners, petrol well owners etc). So we are again at disposal of wish and will of US-elitemen.

So will they support us on issue of cancelling water treaty? Well, question is -- what cost they will ask in return. And if the cost is too high, and we dont wish to pay, then will US-elitemen still support us?

So solution to the mess , that we recallists propose is --- first bring law-drafts like RTR , JurySys, wealth tax, eliminate excise/ gst / vat , TCP = referendum, MRCM etc so that we can improve weapon manufacturing and then stop water even against wish of whole UN.

But SoMoKe foundation stone in career is opposition to RTR , opppsing Jurysys, wealth tax, support of gst, opposing MRCM etc. all CoBhAp-leaders and most CoBhApSwaRa-workers have also publicly opposed these law-drafts. So in absence of these law-drafts, GoI = NaMo has only once choice --- accept all conditions US-elitemen. and that isnt an option we (at least we recallists) support.

So there are no easy options as of now. Just because SPM = self paid media = social media has now made all voters of India familiar with Indo Pak water issue, it is not yet done deal. The fact that ALL leaders, including SoMoKe , were scared of even informing public about these issue in all their 40 years / 40 years / 20 years of political career shows that this is not an issue as easy as turning some tap off

Lets say today, fresh elections are held. And 85 crore voters of India were to elect 543 recallists as Loksabha MPs and say also give all 245 Rajsabha seats to recallists. (thats a far far far cry, because as of now, less than 1.5 recallists want to even contest election) . Then can we 800 recallist MPs cut the treaty tomorrow? NO. Because if we cut treaty against wish and wish of US-elitemen, then they will give all the weapons in world to Pakistan.

Now, in India, a "leader" is entitled to make brave (and hollow) statements like statements NaMo made in 2011 - 2014 But a responsible activist is should never raise a demand today that he cannot meet tomorrow if he were to come in power in today. Otherwise, that activist is just another demagogue like Mahatma Arvind Gandhi. And surely, we dont want to stoop that low. So IMO, we should not raise demands like "cut water treaty completely today"

(Aside --- this draws a line on issues on which we can mock at PM and issues on which cant. eg if we were to come into power, then within week, we can print law-drafts like RTR , JurySys, expel ALL judges from SCjs to Magistrates, MRCM, wealth tax etc, And so corruptyion will become lower than USA, poverty will vanish within 4 months and so on. So these are issues on which we can very much mock PM, because these issues can be handled within days /.weeks or few months. But not on issues which would take 1 year or more to resolve),.

chap-2) Putting preface to using water as weapon in UN

So possible today on using water as weapon?
.
What is possible today, without support of USUK-elitemen, is to make a case in UN that terrorism sponsored by Pakistan is costing India, Afghanistan and whole world.

So India will deduct water whose value is equal to costs and damages Pakistan is causing to India, Afghanistan and world. And India will pay that money to India, Afghanistan and world as damage.

So we secretly ask Afghanistan, that Afghanistan should publicly ask UN , that UN should ask India to cut water supply to Pakistan, and give money value of that water to Afghanistan to compensate damage Pakistan is doing to Afghanistan.

Next, we ask more countries in workd to publicly put compensation case against UN, and publicly ask India to cut water, and give its value as compensation to that country. eg we can ask some activists in US to build case that US-gov should ask pakistan to pay damage that Pakistan caused to USA by harboring Osama-bin-laden. And if Pakistan doesnt pay, then India can pay part of it by cutting water and giving whatever that water fetched in India.

The India foreign secretary,, in a class of his own, is water as THREAT instead of compensation !!! This shows how unskilled our IAS are !!! These apex IAS behave the way they behaved with commons when they were collector --- like some king sitting on high throne. One should use threat words AFTER a "damage and compensation" based case is made and just cause is established,

it is possible to say that "we want to cut water supply ONLY to compensate for damage Pak is causing to whole world". But instead, our IAS in Foreign Secretary make statements like "you Pakistan are behaving like enemy and so we India will cut water". Such statements are useless without first putting a case of compensation. And these Foreign Ministry IAS cant even think of adding other countries that Pakistan is damaging into the list.

So IMO, activists in SPM - self paid media = social media should also start a campaign to ask voters to ask IAS in foreign ministry to make a proper case on Indo Pak water treaty. But lets not make demands like "stop water tomorrow" or make statements which would indirectly mean "if you dont stop water tomorrow then that proves you are coward" etc. Lets confine activism to ensure that Indian Foreign Ministry makes a "damage and compensation related" case for cutting water supply to Pakistan.
