Congress and its MNC sponsors in 2012 could see that congress cant win may-2014 loksabha elections and BJP will most likely win. So congress leaders, using SCjs, closed two major bribe = income sources of of any ruling party - giving away coal mines for pittance and giving away spectrum for pittance
.
So now BJP leaders have lost two major opportunities of income = corruption !!! They can ONLY claim credit that they have closed these bribe = income sources. But in reality, they have suffered a huge loss of income.

That has made BJP more dependent on its MNC sponsors to run its party finances and finances of 10s of subsidiary NGOs.

So no wonder BJP-leaders now promote FDI. They have far less opportunity to milk local economy as everything has become auction driven.
