IMPORTANT change / addition in activism method I have proposed --- addition of file upload on mygov.in

Kashyap Arora alias KMoksha Rishi has figured out and told me a method to get link to a suggestion posted on mygov.in and obtain link to any file uploaded on mygov.in
.
I did not know how to get link to comment . file before
.
So the campaign steps I had proposed were \
.
1) The law-draft-proposer should put a draft in file and get sha1hash , bitorrenthash of that file
.
2) Upload the file on FB, get link, create a FbMainStatus with filelink and also link to FBMainStatus
.
and so on
.
Now the steps I suggest for law-draft proposer are
.
1) same as before
.
2) Upload the file on FB, get link, AND UPLOAD THE ON MYGOV,IN , and put FbMainStatus on FB with 4 links - FbFileLink MyGovCommentLink, ,MyGovFileLink and FbMainStatusLink.

IOW, addition is --- putting a 500 word comment on MyGov.in and uploading file on MyGov., and getting links to both - comment and file.

And sms to MP, and tweet to @PmoIndia will have link to file pon MyGov and also hash
.
IOW, FileHash is still must. But along with link to FB, we will also send link to MyGov.In
.
Later, we may phase out FB completely.

The problem with MyGov is --- Liking a comment / proposal is oftendifficult. And no way to know which users liked a comment. It only shows a count.

So we still need FB. But we must also upload all our proposed drafts on MyGov
.

Till now, I did not know of way to get links to comments posted on mygov and did not how to get links to files uploaded on mygov. KMoksha Rishi explained me how to do so. So now on, I will upload all drafts on MyGov before starting "order you MP via SMS / tweet" campaoign. And I request all to do the same.
