Many NaMo-andhbhagats are saying that NaMo started neem coating of urea. Well, this GoI website says something different.

Neem coated urea production between before 1-apr-2003 = 0
.
Neem coated urea production between 1-apr-2003 and 31-mar-2004 = 73,000 tonne
.
Neem coated urea production between 1-apr-2013 and 31-mar-2014 = 12,00,000 tonne
.
Neem coated urea production between 1-apr-2015 and 31-mar-2016 = 32,00,000 tonne
.
So neem coating had started in 2003 and had been increasing since then. So IMO the andhbhagats' claim that NaMo started the whole scheme is false.

The project to grow large number of neem trees started in 2010, And so it took some time to get huge amount of neem fruits and neem seeds,. So neem coating took a few years from start to finish. The claim of NaMo-andhbhagats that NaMo started the whole scheme from start to end, as per this GoI website, is false.
