Surrogacy amendment

Read the draft. As expected, no Jury to decide on accusations or validity of contract. No right to recall over nodal officers in-charge of regulation of surrogacy industry.

So what was grand goal of regulating opium cultivation and consumption? The goal was ONLY to artificially raise prices of opium by 100 times and earn bribes. And all in the name of protecting damage opium does to the health of opium taker !!

IOW, a huge hue and cry was raised in 1950s that opium is causing serious detoriation in health of addicts. And to protect the health of poor addicts, the then Congress / Jansangh (BJP) / CPM legislated acts to regulate opium. Now we know that their ONLY intention was to collect huge bribes.

Same now, assorted Congress / BJP / AAP MPs are raising hue and cry of health of surrogates. Please note --- these MPs oppose Jury Trial to decide if surrogacy contract should be held against wish of surrogate mother or not. And these MPs also opposed referendum on surrogacy act or even amendment, because referendum may kill surrogacy business. And using hue and cry, an intricate proposal of regulating surrogacy industry is being made.

But like the goal of Congress MPs/BJP/CPM MPs in 1950s was ONLY to collect bribes from opium business, the goal of today's Congress / BJP / AAP MPs in regulating surrogacy is NOT to protect health, but collect huge bribes.

So first, NaMo has opposed referendum taking on surrogacy amendment and insisted on Loksabha + RS or Joint Session route. The bill fail in RS and in Joint Session, if one NDA partner walks away, then the bill may also fail in Joint Session,. So chances that bill will pass are slim. and even if the bill passes, the surrogacy will reduce only by a small fraction, and prices will go ten times. So assorted Ministers, regulators, judges etc will make huge bribes from this regulation.

SOLUTION?

Solution I propose is that activists should work to ask voters to send orders to MP via SMS / twitter to print law stating that courts will NOT enforce unnatural contracts, such as "must hand over child after birth contracts" on the surrogate mother. So if the surrogate mother wants to keep the baby after birth with herself, then her free will should prevail. and a Jury, and NOT some corrupt \ nepotic \ nexused judge, will decide the case. These amendments will be sufficient.

So concerned activist may type a proposed draft,upload on FB / torrent and get hashes. And voters can send these hashes via twitter / SMS.
