Maternity leave --- why USA has unpaid maternity leave while US-elitemen forces all countries across world to give employee-paid maternity leave

The maternity benefit I had proposed was
.
(1) Wealth / Income tax rebates to wife of upto Rs 10 lakhs across life time.
.
(2) Wealth / Income tax obtained from husband will be transferred to wife's account with limit of Rs 10 lakh (in case (1) is below rs 10 lakhs)
.
(3) Total benefits to remain below Rs 10 lakhs
.
(4) 20% of wealth / income tax collected from the first two children will be given to parents with cap of Rs 5 lakh per year. No lifetime cap.. The mother / father will get this money in 65: 35 ratio.

(5) employers to bear zero economic burden of the maternity leave.

IOW, as per my proposals, the burden of maternity and parenthood will fall on govt and not employers

But Govt of India has insisted that ALL economic burden will be thrown on the employer !!! Charity with others' money,. And same in Europe,

USA has 12 week UNPAID maternity leave.

The US-elitemen have forced / bribed / mbribed MPs across Europe and world to make laws that make employers less efficient. WHY? To make employers in their country less efficienct so that (a) USA's employers can get ahead in international market (b) employers in Europe and India etc get fed up, leave Europe / India and settle in USA. This will further benefit USA's elitemen.

So maternity benefits MUST exist. But burdenj should fall on whole society and not just employers. The tax rebates I have proposed distributes burden on society. The scheme SoMoKe , MG =- Maneka Gandhi etc propose puts burden on employer !!! And the purpose is to make employers in India less efficient. and SoMoKe and MG do so due to favors / threats they get from apex US elitemen.

As per how much care people like SoMoKe and MG = Maneka Gandhi have for poor women --- pls ask her about what she thinks about MRCM i.e. Direct Deposit of Mineral Royalties in Citizens' Accounts. This scheme can give highest benefits to the poor women, Guess what, SoMoKe / MG etc have always MRCM !! So much for their concern for poor and poor women.
