NaMo's FAKE attempt to control surrogacy aka womb renting

NaMo has propose a bill to reduce surrogacy = womb renting, and NaMo has also refused to enact procedure of referendum, and Right to recall Rajyasabha Members
.
So Rajyasabha will kill surrogacy amendment. And womb renting will go as it is. And NaMo can neatly claim "see , we wanted to control surrogacy , but Congress refused and so rampant surrogacy will go on. Sorry !!".

About surrogacy bill -- West is facing serious population reduction problem because women in west dont want to become pregnant, and due to career stress, drugs and alcoholism, many women in west are no longer physiologically capable of bearing child. So Western leaders bribed Congress / CPM MPs in year 2005 to print surrogacy bill that will enable western women to use Indian women 's wombs for some rent. Essentially, India would become a "womb rental superpower",.

NaMo, BJP-leaders, RSS-workers, BJP-workers and BST-workers did NOTHING to create awareness against this womb-rental business. But internet activists like myself did what we could. So public opinion against surrogacy did increase.

NaMo did NOTHING to end surrogacy for 2 long years. But as public opinion started increasing, he was cornered and had to do something to just show that he is against the use of Indian wombs to promote child birth in West.

So drama is as ---

(1) NaMo will refuse to print referendum law

(2) NaMo will also refuse to print Right to Recall Rajya Sabha MP law

(3) Bill to control surrogacy will pass in Loksabha and Congress will kill in RS
.
(4) NaMo will claim helplessness and walk away, and rampant womb renting will go on and on and on in India.

Congress and AAP have supported rampant surrogacy because of pressure of western leaders
