The movie Rustom is attempt to ensure that either a weak Jury System comes in India OR kill the Jury System proposal altogather. Solution? We need to make a 64 page booklet in several languages on Jury System and distribute CRORES of copies !!!

Many paideconomists such Bibek Debroy and nexused lawyers such as Sanjay Hegade have now started talking about Jury System !! (pls google on "Bibek Debroy Jury Trial" and "Sanjay Hegde Jury Trial"). And just some 2 months back, I got a phone call from a student in paidjournalism that they were holding a debate on Jury System and Nanavati case, and he was asked to speak in favor, and he needed my inputs !!! ( He got my name after googling on "Jury System India" !!!) . Pls aslo see video by lawyer Sanjay Hagde on Jury System !!! These intellectuals never gave any advertisement in newspaper to bring Jury System. They have never presented any law-drafts to MPs to bring Jury System in India. None of them ever contested elections to publicize Jury System !! And all of a sudden, they have started muttering about Jury System !!! IOW, all of a sudden paideconomists, nexused lawyers and paidjounalist started showing interest in Jury System. And now we have movie Rustom.

Basically, despite our efforts, we could NOT make crores of commons aware about Jury System,. But we could and did make 1000s of activists across Congress / BJP / RSS / AAP / BST informed about Jury System. Even SoMoKe-andbhagats become informed about Jury Systems and some of its merits. IOW, in activists circuit, we could make a dent.

So the paidintellectials have responsed.

First, the paid intellectuals want to ensure that they get credit of informing crores of voters about Jury System and not us !!! eg amongst activists till date, one thing was established that we were the first ones and only ones working to inform activists and voters about Jury System and its merits. And if paidintellectuals like Bibek Debroy and Sanjay Hegde had not started talking about Jury System, then more and more would have come to get to know about Jury System thru extenstion of our effeort. And in that case, we, at Right to recall Group, would have have got credit of bringing information about JurySys to crores of voters.

So to block, that all of a sudden, we now see some paidintellectuals talking about JurySys. And now we have movie Rusrtom. So next time , when anyone talks about Jury System, even it it is due to extenstion of our efforts, the credit of making people informed about JurySys will go to these paidintellectuals and movie Rustom.

So we lost the credit that we could have got. And it is a huge loss
.
Next, these paidintellectuals intend to either crush the demand for Jury System OR divert the demand to a "movement" to bring weak Jury System in India !!! (pls see French Jury System and see how weak it is ). They could have perhaps saw that crushing the demand for Jury System may not work because judges' corruption and their nexuses with lawyers. So next goal could be to jijack the movement, and divert it to "movement for (weak) Jury System" !!!

Please re-see the video of Sanjay Hegde on Jury System. All in video, he seems to support Jury System, and he also raised "fear uncertainty and doubts": against Jury System, and makes statements that would make Jury System look bad !! IOW, all these are goals to ensure that if Jury System comes in India, it comes with so called "checks and balance" i.e. judges will have so much control over Jury, that we will have extremely weak Jury System in India?

Solution?
.
Well, first we should see that they are far far more funded. They have supported of SoMoKe. And SoMoKe will eaily manage to ensure that every SoMoKe-andhbhagats and CoBhApSwaRa-workers also support demand for weak Jury System,
.
So one solution is that we need to make a 64 page A4 size booklet on Jury System, in several languages, and disrtribute crores of copies. We also need to make a "whatsup pdf" of A5 size (A4 is too large for mobile phones) and cicrculate it,
.
One small step I did was Indian Express advt. I had given the advt BEFORE Rustom movie was released, so that at least we can claim, that "see, did work to inform people of India, that Rustom movie makers are speaking lies".

We need ,more such advt and distribute more 64 page pamphlets.

Now law-drafts for JurySys are all ready along with law-drafts for RTR-judges (pls click my coverage and follow the links) , along with sha1hashes and bittorrenthjashes. So the booklets MUST have request to voters to send the filehashes to MP via SMS / twitter. So the edge we have over paidintellectials is (a) drafts are ready (b) we are better answering questions (c) we can also convince that paidintellectuals only want a weak JurySys.

Next, we can work with gorakshaks etc, that weak JurySys will kill their cause, while strong JurySys will benefit their cause. And like that we can convince, many other groups of activists.

So just as during Janlokpal movement, we worked more for "Janlokpal with Right to recall Janlokpal" to take RTR thru, we will now need to work more for JurySys,
.
My limitations are --- I will be busy with part registration work. After that, I will write "specific Jury System" drafts and that will help us in giving bad names to those who say "commons dont understand the laws" because in specific JurySys, this argument doesnt apply !!.

So all in all, the solution I propose is

(2) RTR judges draft

(3) A write up to expeose paidintellectuakls
.
(4) Explain to different activists why weak JurySys will not help their cause

(5) crores of booklets in several langiages
