.
(1.1) The name of the parfy shall be Right to Recall Party. In case that name is not approved by Election Commission, then the proposed names in order will be (a) Prajaadheen Shashak Party (b) Mahatma Sachindranath Sanyal Party. In case all three names are rejected by Election Commission, then Party Head will decide the name
,.
(1.2) The alternate name "Prajaadheen Shashak Party" is because chap-6 of Satyarth Prakash by Swami Dayanand Saraswatiji says "Raja should be Prajaadheen , and if Rajavarg is not prajaadheen, then it will rob citizens and nation will colapse". And alternate name "Mahatma Sachindranath Sanyal Party" is because Mahatma Sachindranath Sanyal in 1925 had said that "In the Indian republic we wish to form, the citizens shall have right to recall respresentatives, because without Right to recall, democracy will become a mockery".

.
section-04 : What party doesnt NOT promise
.
(4.1) The party, till the laws change, does NOT promise voters that Party can force majority MPs / MLAs to keep promises. Thats because existing law allows MPs / MLAs to appoint the party whip by majority, and so majority can appoint the whip as they wish.
.
(4.2) Existing law doesnt empower Party to force an MP / MLA to resign from Loksabha / Assembly. The existing law only enables the Party to expel an MP / MLA from Party. Existing law also enabled the Party to control MP / MLA inside Loksabha / Assembly, by appointing whip and using whip using anti-defection law. But if majority MPs / MLAs change the whip, then Party heads or Party members have no way to control MPs / MLAs in existing law.
.
(4.3) So the Party makes no promise to voters that majority will keep their election promises.
.
(4.4) The party will work to bring laws which will enable voters to expel MPs who refuse to keep their poll promises. But as of today, no such such law exists. And so Party makes no promise that the Party will be able to force majority MPs to keep promises
.
(4.5) The 85 crore voters will have to use whatever non-violent, legal, ethical means they have at disposal to ensure that majority MPs of the Party do keep their poll promises, or resign promptly. The Party members and heads may assist them. within the framework of non-violence, laws and ethics. The sha1hash and bitorrenthashes of the law-drafts that the party supports are given in appendix-1.
.
(4.6) The Party will use whip only when legislation in house is one stated in this constitution or in manifesto, Otherwise the whip will be based on orders issued by citizens via sms / twitter And if majority voters have ordered an MP to act in a specifuic way, then whip will not be issued on him.
