Raising traffic fines to 10 times --- SoMoKe, SoMoKe-andhbhagats , CoBhApSwaRa-workers refuse to adopt swedish model where fines depend on annual income

Traffic has been mess, And so SoMoKe = SOGA / NaMo / ArKe have adopted a "genius" solution -- raise traffic fines to 10 times. eg fine for not wearing helmet was Rs 50 and now it is Rs 500. And fine was wrong side sriving was Rs 100 and now Rs 1000. And SoMoKe have refused to attach fines with daily income as is case in some countries like Finland, Norway etc. And as always, SoMoke have opposed Jury Trials even in serious traffic cases like death due to reckless driving. All trials will be decided by corrupt / nepotic / nexused judges ONLY.

Another "genius" of SoMoKe and their andbhagats is -- persistent refusal to improve road layouts or even made descent wide footpaths. And SoMoKe oppose wealth tax and oppose Jury System, and promote corruption in lower officers. So encroachment of foothpaths by hawkers has become epidemic. And road layouts is so poor that violations increase even if driver is careful and intends to follow the law.

Solution I propose are
.
(1) Jury Trial over all trafiic violation cases ; fines proportional to daily income
.
(2) Right to recall over Traffic Commissioner.
.
(3) Right to Recall Mayor -- so that road layout improves
.
(4) Jury System over Municipal Staff -- so that road layout improves and foothpath encroachment ends
.
(5) Jury Trial over cases of footpath and road encorachment by hawkers
.
(6) Wealth tax --- wealth tax is must to reduce land prices so that municipalities have money to buy land at marlet price to widen the roads / foothpaths
.
And so on.

Burt all such steps are greek and latin to SoMoke , SoMoKe-andbhgatas and CoBhApSwaRa-workers. All they can think of is -- make fines 10 times !!
