Some stray Go-rakshaks beating Dalits in Gujarat --- we at Right to recall party has always insisted that PROPER law-drafts to end cow slaughter should be printed in Gazette. and PRIVATE ACTIONS to protect cows should end !!!

The law-drafts we have proposed to end cow slaughter are
.
(1) Right to Recall District Police Chief
(2) RTR District judges
(3) Jury Trial over Cow Slaughter cases (and murder, abduction etc cases)
(4) Narcotest in public in cow slaughter cases
(5) RTR Govt run Goshala and purchase of old cows by Goshala
and so on.

And we have always opposed PRIVATE ACTION on cow slaughter issue

SoGa / NaMo / ArKe and Congress-workers, AAP-workers, RSS-workers, BJP-workers and BST-workers and VHP-workers all have opposed all these law-drafts.
.
SoGa / Arke / Congress / AAP support cow slaughter. So at least, on THIS issue, they dont have double talk.

But RSS / BJP / BST / VHP workers all insist on private action and oppose these law-drafts. WHY?
.
This is important because present Dalit crisis in Gujarat was became of private action on goraksha issue. If there was Jury Trial, then Jurors would have acquitted Dalits because they were taking skin of DEAD cow, and so it isnt case of gohatya. But these private armies conduct no hearings and simply resort to beatings, and so we have mess at hand
.
The RSS/BJP/VHP workers insist on private action on goraksha issue, because it fetches them instant publicity votes. If they were sincere about goraksha, then they would have work to bring law-draft that expels corrupt policemen, corrupt judges and makes trial faster and honest.

SOLUTION?
.
I would request sincere go-rakshaks to dump NaMo , BJP-leaders and BJP/RSS/BST workers. These people ONLY want votes in the name of cows, and have NO commitment to print laws to reduce cow slaughter. So they oppose laws that can reduce cow slaughter and insist on PRIVATE ARMIES to create a show and collect votes
