A general wrong argument, but right sounding argument, that paid-intellectuals make against Jury System is that "commons dont know laws". And many less informed activists get convinced by this FALSE argument. And a recallist who is defending Jury System may not get enough time to explain why this "commons dont know laws" argument is false.

So along with demanding "Jury System over all crimes and all civil suits", my proposal is to demand "Jury system over specific crimes like murder, abduction, food adulteration" etc.

So when "Jury System over murder etc" is demanded, and if SoMoKe, his andhbhagats and paid-intellectuals make this argument that "commons dont know what is murder and what are laws about murder or commons dont know what is food adulteration and what laws about food adulteration etc", then it will be easier for recallist to damage image of that CoBhApSwaRa-workers etc and call him wrong.

Let me explain in detail

One of my goals is to expel all judges from Supreme Chief judge to Magistrates, and give them a pension of Re 1 / month, which they all deserve. And instead bring Jurors onboard for all criminal, civil and all cases, in lower courts and also supreme court

SoMoke, all CoBhAp-leaders, all SoMoKe-andhbhagats, all CoBhApSwaRa-workers, all paid-journalists, all paid-intellectuals have opposed Jury System.

And one argument that these SoMoKe-andhbhagats and paid-intellectuals give is --- commons dont know law, and so commons should NOT be allowed in decide in court cases.

A refutation of this wrong argument exists. But to understand this refutation, one needs to have information on the fact that "PM and CMs deliberately add complexities in law-draft language and wordings to fool commons" IOW, law is just logic, and logic is simple, but wording is deliberately made to make law complex complex. All laws except intellectual property law can be explained to any person living in city who has seen the objects mentioned in the case. But if a new activist doesnt have information on the fact that "PM and CMs deliberately make law language complex", then chances are that that activist will agree that "commons dont understand this law". And recallist who is supporting Jury Syste,m wont get time to explain these facts

So one way out I suggest is --- "Specific Jury Systems".

(1) Say there 10-20 new activists who have read only 2-5 pages on Jury System and have only some information about Jury System.

(2) Say I propose "Jury System in cases of murder, abductions, adulteration, corruption, cow slaughter", .

(3) Now say a paid-intellectuals says that "commons dont know law"
.
(4) Then it will be easy for the recallist to convince the new activists that the paid-intellectual is a liar !! Because activists can be convinced that commons do know laws about murder , abductions, adulteration, corruption and cow slaughter

(5) IOW, a powerful weapon in the hand of paid-intellectuals, namely "commons dont know law" becomes blunt !!

(6) So it will be easier for us recallists to convince new activists to campaign for "JurySys over murder, abductions, cow slaughter etc etc "/.

But doesnt that leave the task unfinished? After all, the task is not to just have Jury Trials on these 5% cases, but have Jury Trials on ALL cases, and expel all judges.

There are two ways "JurySys for murder ... " law-draft will lead to FULL "JurySys law-draft".

(A) As activists promote "JurySys for murder, abduction", the concept of JurySys will reach to more and more activists. So later, convincing them about "JurySys over all trials": will become easier.

(B) "JurySys for murder , abduction ,.,," draft will have TCP clauses. So using TCP clauses , or via winning elections, we recallists can later add all actions and all sections in that JurySys draft !!!

So promoting "JurySys for murder, abduction, etc law draft doesnt " delay the final proposal of "expell all judges and bring JurySys for all cases".
