This year's UPSC IAS question --
.
A couple from India, both citizens of India, landed on airport in a foreign country. At immigration counter, husband and wife each stood in two DIFFERENT queues. And please note -- the country did NOT require men and women to stand in different queues.
.
i.e. both queues were open to both spouses.
.
And after sometime, one spouse left his queue and joined the other spouse in his queue.
.
1) WHY did they stand in different queues and not the same queue?
.
2) Name the couple
.

.
Added later --- correct answer came below in comments
.
1) The husband and wife stood in two different queues so that later one can move to the queue which is moving faster !!!
.
2) The names are --- Navjot Singh Siddu and Navjot Kaur Siddhu. If AAP wins, husband will come CM And if BJP wins, then wife will atleast become a Minister if not CM, So in either case, they win, and people lose.
