shortening link to a comment on FB page
.
When you click on time field of a FB comment on an PB-page, FB will give link like
.
https://www.facebook.com/ProposedLawDrafts/posts/621689237997052?comment_id=621897891309520&comment_tracking=%7B%22tn%22%3A%22R%22%7D
.
the equivalent short link is = https://fb.com/ProposedLawDrafts?comment_id=621897891309520
.
i.e. replace www.facebook.com by fb.com
remove text after comment ID
remove word "posts/" and also remove postid
But question mark after page name is must. and text comment_id= is also must
.
The above trick will get you MS degree in Facebook usage :)
.
And here is a viva question if you wish to persue a PhD in FbUsage - why should one shorten the link to comment? or, what is use of shortening link to FB comment.
.
Also, see this method may work for comment on a profile as well as a group
