Steps that law-drafter has to take in FBCPBA

step-1 : Put the law-draft in a text file. Microsoft Wordpad is better than notepad. You can also use MS-word. I would suggest file format as txt or unicode-txt if draft is in Hindi. You may use PDF as well, but I would pdf as addon and main draft should be txt. But a FILE is must.

step-2 : obtain sha1hash of the file from at least two different websites. Please make sure that it is same.

step-3 : If different, which will happen only in 1 out of 1000 cases, please make very small change in file, like changing one letter and repeat step-2.

step-4 : Please put this file on bittorrent. I suggest blocksize as 16384 kb. You may take any other blocksize, but if we all need to keep blocksize same and so I suggest 16384 kb. To know about bittorrent, pls google or ask any of your IT friend.

step-5 : Please obtain bitorrenthash of the file from bittorrent.

step-6 : Please create a group called as "Law draft file" . This is onetime step for all law-drafts. Please create group and NOT page? Why? please see step-7

step-7 : Please upload the law-draft file in the files section of the group. This is why, you need to create an FB group and not an FB- page. Because as of today, FB-page doesnt support files !! And for law-drafts, files are MUST

step-8 : When you upload the file, please put file name, FileSha1Hash, BitTorrentHash, blocksize in bittorrent and title of law in the text description of the file.

step-9 : take the link of file you uploaded in step-8, and add that link in the pinned status of the "Law Draft Files" Group mentioned in step-6.

step-10 : please create a PAGE called "Proposed Law Drafts". I will refer it as PLD-page. This is onetime step for all law-drafts

step-11 : pls put a status post in the PLD-page with full draft of the law and also a request to the reader to like / share the status post. The status post must have link to the file uploaded in step-7. Please also mention BitTorrentHash and Sha1Hash the file.

step-12 : please put link to the status post mentioned in step-11 in the pinned post in PLD-page mentioned in step-10. Please also add title of the law and code of the law, along with BitTorrentHash.

step-13 : the law-draft proposer has to request supporters to like / share the status in step-11, copy the status text on their wall and also ask each supporter to create one FB group called as "Law Drafts I support", and share / copy all law-draft statuses in that group. And each supporter has to send order to his MP via SMS, and SMS must have link to the status, BitTorrentHash to the status and so on. This will be described in coming status --- what law-draft supporters have to do. There are four levels of supporters --- depending on time they can allocate.

Now please note, that with a flick of button, a hacker or FB or Govt of India can delete all your 10000 posts !!! And so if hacker or FB deletes whole profile of law-proposers, then do we lose all?

NO.

Thats why uploading the law-draft file on BitTorrent is MUST. Once a file goes on BitTorrent, it is saved for a long time to come. And since BitTorrent is must, putting the law-draft in file is must, because BitTorrent supports ONLY files and not freetexts. Anyfile such as text or pdf or doc is fine. I suggest text.

And we must ask supporters to COPY the law-draft status in their profile and their group so that if profile of law-proposer is hacked or deleted, then copy of law-draft is saved.
