Should we blame NaMo for India not getting into NSG --- Only 2/70 !!!

NSG membership isnt needed. But NaMo's methods make NSG membership useful. So NaMo tried to get NSG membership.

Now should we blame him for failure? Only 2/70.
.
The failure was failure of India, not just NaMo. India failed because India has been weaker than China. And weakeness of India is been due to all past PMs of past say about 70 years , and so blame on NaMo is only 2/69.

All past PMs, NaMo included have refused to print law-drafts that would make India strong, and all PMs of past, NaMo included. have heavily inisted on Vyaktipuja and Andhbhakti.

The solution to the mess is that we need reduce strength gap between India and USA. How is that possible? IMO, it is possible by printing law-drafts like JurySys, RTR, multielections, refendum etc. Now all PMs, NaMo included, have opposed these law-drafts. And so India has been weak , and so China could stop India.

Solution is that activists should work to publicizie RTR-law-drafts, and sop wasting time on andhbhakti
