Are Swadeshi companies truely Swadeshi? Not if it is using all videshi machines.
.
Consider a biscuit making company that is 1005 owned by Indian citizens. Is that company 100% Swadeshi? No necessarily. Say that company is using 100% chinese made machines to make biscuits in India. Then to buy machine, India will have to provide him forex. And such machines need servicing and replacement of parts, and even for that India will have to shell out dollars every year. And what is worse is that company may increase prices of parts and services every year. And worst --- most such machines these days have softwarem which can be shut down by the videshi company which made it !!!
.
I dont want to take names of any swadeshi companies or trusts here. But too many swadeshi companies these says are "upar se 100% swadeshi , aur andar se 20% to 90% videshi" !!! i.e. "100% swadeshi from top and 20% to 90% videshi from inside".
.
Today, consider manufacturing of so called tel-sabun-biscuit aka Fast Moving Consumer Goods aka FMCG. Once upon a time, they used to be labor intensive. Today, machine are replacing labor. In total cost of production, the cost of machines and servicing is now more than labor cost. And sometimes, machine cost and service cost is now 5 to 10 times labor cost !! And very soon, we will have robotic machines, which may replace larger number or labor.
.
Now here is machine is imported, then we may not be saving many dollars. So yes, Swadeshi company will use LESSER dolllars than 100% videshi company,. But loss of dollars can be huge.
.
SOLUTION?
.
A short term solution is to buy goods from LOCAL companies which use more labor than machines. But this is short term solution ONLY. We CANNOT and should NOT say bye to machines. All this talk of hand labor is nonsense in long run.
.
But it is important not to become blind swadeshi by assuming that "biscuit made by a 100% Indian company or a trust registered in India is 100% made in India" !!! Because if that Indian company or trust is using Chinese or german machines, then for every Rs 10 biscuit you buy, GoI may be forced to shell out dollars for say Re 1 of the price you paid, so that that company can import machine, replacement part and also get servicing.
.
All BST workers insist that "just buy Patanjali tel sabun biscuit, and 100% swadeshi will come in India" !!! Well, not so. Because I hear many people say that most machines in Patanjali are imported !!! I could be wrong, and I dont have any confirmed information. But if machines in Patanjali are imported, then Patanjali products are far from being 100% swadeshi.
.
SOLUTION?
.
The solution is to improve machine making in India. How? By printing law-drafts that will reduce inefficiencies of factory owners. Which law-drafts? IMO, law-drafts like RTR, JurySys, MRCM, TCP, wealth tax etc will reduce inefficiencies of factory owners. So production will increase and we will have machines which are 100% made in India.
.
So there are no shortcuts --- to be Swadeshi, IMO, law-drafts like JurySys , wealth tax, RTR, TCP, DDMRCAM etc are MUST. All BST workers say that such law-drafts are NOT needed for Swadeshi and by Patanjali procedures, India can be made 100% Swadeshi !!! IMO, they are all wrong. Please dump such BST workers, and please work with Right to recall Party. RRP is the ONLY political party in India whose workers are working to publicize Right to recall, Jury System, TCP, MRCM, wealth tax etc --- the laws which will bring 100% Swadeshi in India.
