Why facts / rumors regarding British control over India continue --- because PMs from jawaharlal Ghazi to Devi Indira Amma to NaMo have refused to make TPA = Transfer of Power Agreement public. Solution? Activists should ask MPs to make TPA public
.
TPA = Transfer of Power Agreement is binding on Govt of India. Further, Jawaharlal Ghazi, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel etc were compelled to write in Constitution of India that "Supreme judges will have no jurisdiction on TPA " , by writing that SCjs will have no jurisdiction on disputes arising due to agreements made commencement of the constitution !!!

here is what artice-363 says "363. (1) Notwithstanding anything in this Constitution but subject to the provisions of article 143, neither the Supreme Court nor any other court shall have jurisdiction in any dispute arising out of any provision of a treaty, agreement, covenant, engagement, sanad or other similar instrument which was entered into or executed before the commencement of this Constitution by any Ruler of an Indian State and to which the Government of the Dominion of India or any of its predecessor Governments was a party and which has or has been continued in operation after such commencement, or in any dispute in respect of any right accruing under or any liability or obligation arising out of any of the provisions of this Constitution relating to any such treaty, agreement, covenant, engagement, sanad or other similar
instrument."

So if agreement was made by Dominion of India before commencement of this constitution, then SCjs have to accept as it is and cannot cancel it even if it goes against constitution !!!

And PMs of India have refused to make TPA public. And they have also refused to state whether TPA can be made public or whether TPA must be kept secret. Only a few pages of TPA are made public.

And since PMs also keep TPA secret , there are following facts / rumors about TPA
.
1. No one in India, even PM of India, can read TPA !!!
.
2. There is only one copy of TPA in India --- in President House and only President and key officers read it
.
3. Every time PM sends an order to President for his approval, the officers check if that order is consistent with TPA. If bot, then the President will refuse to sign that order !!
.
4. Thus, final authority on India is still TPA and Constitution !! Because SCjs cant oppose any decision which comes out of TPA !! IOW, the Constitution itself declares TPA as document above Constitution !!!

Now many people say following about TPA
.
1) India is leased for 99 years
.
2) Govt of India can change name of India to Bharat or anything else
.
3) RBI Govenor must be appointed after consultation with British King or Queen !!
.
4) If a person is punished by Supreme Court of India and President of India refuses to pardon him, and British King pardons him, then President will have to pardon him. One such case was Peter Bleach. He was first denied pardon by President of India and later pardoned, and many say that it was because Pardon was issued by Queen and TPA makes it binding on Indian President !!

And host of facts / rumors have come because PMs have refused to make TPA public.

Solution?
.
Solution I propose is that we activists should send orders to MP via SMS to make TPA public. As more and more citizens send such orders, either TPA will become public OR we will know that MPs and PM are scared of making TPA public. That will end the discussions on these facts / rumors
