Constitution of India says ---- Loksabha Speaker, Pm and Loksabha can label ANY bill (ANY ANY ANY bill) except constitutional amendment as money bill, and pass it and then consent of Rajsabha isnt needed !!!

eg Aadhar card law was passed by labeling it as money bill.

Further, once a bill is passed as money bill it becomes law. And Supreme judges have NO say on whether labeling the bill as money bill inside Parliament was right or not. Every clause in the money bill becomes valid as if it is passed by whole Parliament. If a clause in law consistent with Constitution, then SCjs can NOT cancel that clause. Even if SCjs think that labeling the law as money bill was unfair, that law stays. Because labeling of bill is outside the jurisdiction of SCjs

So Ram Janam Bhoomi Act can be passed by labeling it as money bill. But GST cant be passed that way, as GST needs constitutional amendment.

Then why do NaMo, NaMo-andhbhagats and RSS-workers make excuses that "we dont have majority in Rajyasabha to pass Ram Janam Bhoomi Act and many such other laws like feeing temples from Govt control?

Because they dont want to pass these laws and want excuses !!!

And what will happen if they get majority in Rajsabha?
.
That will be in 2018 only !!! And even in 2018, only NDA will have majority in RS and not BJP.

Then NaMo, NaMo-andhbhagats will make excuses that "NDA has majority in Rajsabha, but BJP doesnt have majority in Rajsabha" !! And then they will cite lack of 2/3rd majority in both houses as reason. And then they will cite lack of majority in WTO and lack of majority in UN as reasons and so on !!!

The reality is --- passing such laws and many such laws doesnt need numbers. One has to FIRST strengthen commons in India,.Once common Indians are strong, such laws will be passed without numbers. eg Israel exists not because they have numbers in UNO. They exist because common Israleies have raw strength. SoMoKe and CoBhApSwaRa workers have no intention of strengthening common Indians. And so they keep cooking excuses like numbers in RS and so on.

All in all, SoGa = NaMo = ArGandhi when it comes to cooking excuses, And Congress workers, BJP workers, AAP workers, RSS workers and BST workers too are same when it comes to cooking excuses.

Solution?
.
Please focus on law-drafts that will strengthen Indians, such as laws to free temples from govt control, laws to reduce corruption (such as RTR , JurySys), laws to improve manufacturing (such as JurySys, wealthax tax), laws to reduce poverty (MRCM) and so on.

Please ignore all this lame duck excuses like lack of numbers in RS and LS
