I get this question from many many ordinary voters in India --- what can we do to bring good law-drafts in India?
This FB post described what you can do via FB step by step. Please follow my profile --- I will soon post on what you can do outside FB.

step-1 : Ask activist to you trust / know to provide Facebook LINK to the law-draft
.
The first step I request you to take is --- you please ask the activist you trust, be any activist to put the law-drafts they support on FB as some status post in a group or user or page. Please ask that activist to give law-draft which can reduce US-India gap and protect India. The activist can be any activist --- be RRG activist, or RSS-activist or Congress / BJP / AAP activist. But if the activist says that he or his group apex leader doesnt have time to write the draft and doesnt have time to put the law-draft on FB, then IMO, you should dump that activist.

As an example, I have proposed the law-draft --- PLD.0007.TcpIndia . I have posted on FB at https://fb.com/ProposedLawDrafts/posts/601331853366124 . . Soon I will be posting some 200 law-drafts. The links to those law drafts will come at the FIRST pinned status at https://www.facebook.com/ProposedLawDrafts .

Now what if the activist says that he or his group apex leader doesnt have time to write the law drafts that India needs? And they have all law-drafts but they are all top secret and so they wont put it on FB ? IMO, that activist is wasting nation's time, for whatever reasons

Now, please note that status should have link to a FILE which has law-draft. And the BitTorrentHash and FileHash of that files should be mentioned in the post. WHY? Because copy-pasting status can sometimes accidentally change the draft. But downloading and reuploading files wont. And if that status is lost due hacking or due to censorship, then law-draft can be retrieved from BitTorrent, but that would need BitTorrentHash. And FileHash would help verification. So please do request the activist to add FileLink, FileHash and BitTorrentHash to the status post.

step-2 --- please make a group called as "Law-drafts I support" and put ONLY yourself (or your personal assistant in that group). Please keep that group public
.
All you need to do is create one group called as "Law-drafts I support" !! In FB , creating group is easy. Just search of "create group" link and click it !! Please name the group as "Law draft I support". Please keep your voterid as the link or use any other link. Please add ONLY your salaried assistant or close political colleagues as members in the group.

Please put link to this group in description of your cover page.
.
Please put image on cover page, which informs a profile visitor that the text description that link to the law-drafts you support
.
This is one time step.
.
How does this step help?

When a person visits your profile, he will see which law-draft you support in only 3 clicks ---
.
(a) click cover page, see the cover page description , see the link to your "Law-drafts I support group"
.
(b )click the link to the link to "Law-drafts I support group" , click the pinned status
.
(c) the profile visitor sees the list of all law-drafts you support
.

step-3 : MUST STEP ---- Please send the SMS to MP , MLA or Corporator as mentioned in the law-draft post. If the post doesnt have any SMS to be sent MP or MLA or Corporator or Panchayat Member etc, then the campaign method used by the person who is posting law-draft is just timepass. Because a law-draft gets legitimacy or the MP gets illegitimacy ONLY after crores of voters have sent orders to MPs or MLAs via SMS to print that law-draft

step-4 : Please read the FB post which has the law-draft . If you support the law-draft, then please take following steps

(4a) Like the post

How do these steps help?
-------------------------------------

FB may tell your friends know that you support this law-draft. How? FB will may put your posts , in which you shared or copy-pasted the law-draft, on the wall of your friends. So your steps (2a) to (2d) will spread the information about these law-drafts in your friends. And so chances that these law-drafts will pass increases.
,
Now say you support 5 law-drafts or 50 law-drafts or 500 law-drafts in past few months. And you have made say 100 or 1000 or 5000 posts in past few months. Then your law-drafts posts will be scattered all over you wall. So if a person visits your profile, he will NOT see these law-drafts you support.

Thats why --- I requested you to create a group called as "Law drafts I support".

step-5 : Convince as many friends of yours as possible to have cover pix as above.
.
And if they disagree, then try again, but ONLY twice. There is no point in saying same thing thrice. That is pestering. Instead of saying thrice to a person, it is better to find a new person and convince him.
.
And look for persons who do put cover picture which says "please click the cover picture to see the law-drafts I support". Please do look at the law-drafts they supporting. And please support those law-drafts, if these law-drafts benefit even 1% population and cause no UNFAIR to anyone.

step-1 to step-4 is what we call as FBCPBA = Facebook Cover Picture Based Activism !!

Bonus Step : Make a list of "activists" who refuse to put such cover picture, and refuse to publish the law-drafts they support
.
Now like it or not, as time does, you will see that some "activists", who in your opinions were committed to India, consistently refuse to support certain good law-drafts and also refuse to put the DRAFTS of the law-drafts they support on FB !!!
.
So one advantage of FBCPBA = Facebook Cover Page Based Activism is that ---- you will come to know about activists, who have NO intenstion of improving laws in India !!! And of course, you will also come to know about activists who do want to improve laws in India !!
.
