This is law-draft DigSignIndia which says that if a voter wishes that Sha1Hash of his Public Key should come in voter list, then local Talati will add that Sha1Hash. This is law-draft IMO is sufficient to start chain reaction that will remove poverty within 1 year and can bring India at par with USA within 5 years !!!
