only way I see to publish large scale advertisement is -- make a team of 50 recallists in a district, and they will collect from 500 citizens, as 100 rs each. so they will able to get 500*100 = 50000 rs per month. so each district can spend 1 lac in every second month to publicize advt. we are now at 50-60 citizens (ask ashok ji to exact figure). but as most citizens are giving 50 rs per month, so our collection is slow. soon we will double it.

acctually, we are doing banner, pemphlate, meetings, sdcp and all kind of things to reach maximum people so they can contibute for advt. if we will not able to make a continue set up to publicize advt, I am afraid all will be waste.
