NaMo has ordered Metro companies to import even rail TRACKS (patari) from abroad. eg Chennai Metro has been ordered to import railway tracks from Brazil !!! Chennai Metro has been ordered to obtain many componenets from tata, but from Tata's plant in England !!! So again, employment goes to UK , and forexr burden is added.
