1. Will depositing = giving say 5% of income tax collected directly to all citizens reduce \ increase income tax on honest tax payers?

2. Should additional income of 5% be imposed on all, and given to parents i.e. 2.5% each parent, or should 5% of income tax collected from children given to parent without imposing any additional tax. Or, should no money from tax collected from children should be given to parents?

i.e. say income tax is 30%. And say a child has earned Rs 10,00,000 and so taxes paid are Rs 300,000
,.
(a) dont give any money from tax collected to parents
.
(b) impose additional tax of Rs 50000 i.e. 5% and give Rs 25000 it to each parent
.
(c) impose NO additional tax , make tax rate 35% on ALL tax payers , and give Rs 25000 it to each parent
.
Which of (a) , (b), (c) do you propose? And why?
