So NaMo appears as a strong person, and Mark Zuckerberg as relatively weak. In that

The video is real --- no photoshop and no creative editing. But the video is "sham" and actions could be fixed. NaMo / MZ may be agreed to fix such actions so that in video , NaMo appears as string and MZ appears as someone who "respects" or "is under" NaMo.

Reality is that NaMo has defacto accepted FB's proposal to kill Net Neutrality in India and promote internetdotorg aka freebasicsdotorg. NaMo himself placed a tricolor picture of Digital India has lines "internetdotorg profile picture" !! IOW, NaMo has accepted FB's demands at the cost of Indian interests. So in reality, NaMo is weak. while video projects NaMo as strong.
