Why/How Jury System weakened in Europe in 1940s

Across world, Elitemen / paidintellectuals oppose Jury System. And they try to keep JurySys as weak as possible and exterminate it if possible. The Jury System in Europe came amongst these elitemen's presence during 950 AD to 500 AD. It came due to Vikings.

The way elitemen weaken pro-democracy systems , or stop them from coming, is by using paidmedia and using NGOs to divert junior-true-activists on alternate agenda. The true-activists are made to believe that "commons are corrupt, commons are fool, paidintellectuals are good, judges are good etc etc" and so demotivated from installing democratic procedures. And next, elitemen using NGOs etc create social work , like blood donations, education , unionism etc etc and make activists spend their hours in those activities.

In USA, in 1800s, the elitemen were NOT so powerful and dint have an entrenched network. So they could not stop the activists from installing (a) multi-elections (b) strong Jury System (c) referendum (d) right to recall

And the other 3 democratic procedures protected Jury System. In a way, each democratic procedure protects the other one.

The activists in Europe failed to install multi-elections (except UK, where activists could force MPs to print law to elect Education Board members). And referendum procedures remained weak. And RTR procedures never came.. So elitemen in Europe were stronger than elitemen of USA.

Next, after world war 1, many many elite European families started moving to USA. As they moved to USA , they now decided to bring European Govts and European nations under US control. And Jury System was a big speed breaker.

So in 1930s to 1950s, elitemen using paidmedia, by bribing MPs and by diverting activists into union/social work using NGOs, were able to print law-drafts that weaken the Jury System in Europe.

Today, most European countries dont have Jury Trial in most civil cases. They also dont have Jury Trials in tax trials. And Jury System is much weaker compared to USA . (pls compare Jury System of USA with Jury System of France).

SOLUTION?
.
I would rather focus on solutions to problems of India. Whatever the problem I cited, the state of affairs of European courts is far far less bad than India. So I would not dare to propose "solution" to problems of Europe.
