Question on caste based reservation in TAMIL NADU --- pls provide FIRST hand information
.
Many activists from TN told me that in TN , if an SC / ST or OBC takes a seat in General, then one seat of his quota is removed and added to General.
.
So reserved candidate can take general seat. But number of general candidates who will get admission / job does NOT decrease
.
Any CONFIRMED information? And if possible, pls also give links to govt website.
