Following concepts are ALL 100% useless concept

1 Political culture --- utterly useless concept
.
2. Independence of judiciary

3. Free market economy, socialism, communism

4. secularism, hinduvaad
.
5. Independence of RBI
.
6. Leaders who dont improve courts and dont reeduce corruption can bring growth
.
7. Supremacy of Constitution
.
8. Contribution of non-STEM departments of universities

9. Vyakti-puja --- such as SoGa/PriGa puja, NaMo-puja , ArKe-puja
.
10. Improving moral character , improving national character
.
11. Morning walks , Yoga , exercise with reduce indiscipline and reduce corruption !!!

12. Eleven Janlokpals at top will reduce corruption ; internal Lokpal .

The ONLY reason why USA is better than India are NOT above useless concepts like free market economy or independence of judiciary , political culture etc/

The USA is ahead of India ONLY due to following useful concepts
.
1. Right to Recall --- all district / state officers / Ministers / judges are recallable .

2 Large number of positions are DIRECTLY elected by citizens --- eg Police chiefs are elected, district judges are elected, district education officers are elected, district public prosecutors are elected etc. In states like Texas , ALL judges are elcted
.
3. Jury System .
.
4. Referendum system
.
5. Less regressive tax laws
.
6. Recruitment by written exams
.
7. Oligarchy of unmarried ---- more useless than useful, but at least has some value
.
8. narcotest in public.
.
9. universal gathering aka sabha (i.e. all voters must gather at one place at one day / time )
.
10. keeping records public.
.
And so forth.

So above concepts are useful.
