Why eminent lawyers are more successful than junior lawyers? NOT due to knowledge, but their contacts with judges ONLY , and the trust of judges they have.

In software , some coders like Bill Gates make more money than other codes because of 1000s of employees they have under them, and a share of their employee's labor they keep. Fair or unfair, it is all open. But if BG were to take hourly job, he would only get 5-20 times more than ordinary coder, not 1000 times more.

But in field of law, some lawyers charge and get Rs 5 lakh to Rs 20 lakh per day , while a junior lawyer with 10 years of experience striggles for Rs 5000 / day. Why is difference of of 1:100 to 1:1000 or even more ?

Is it because senior has information that junior doesnt have? Well, all law-drafts and judgments that are quoted in court are on google these days. All lawyers have information to all major laws and all major case judgments.

Then whats the reason for 1:1000 difference?

In litigation, the biggest reason is --- judges have more "faith" in eminent lawyers than junior lawyers. The judges have faith in eminent lawyer that eminent lawyer will deliver what he promises and will keep his word. Where as a judge cant trust what a junior lawyer promises in chamber.

And many times, judges want promotion or appointment for their relatives or promotion of their relatives. This is something only a lawyer with deep political contacts can deliver such promotion, appointments etc. Junior lawyer is no match here.

As judge system goes --- lawyers income doesnt depend on how much law he knows, but how well he knows judges. IOW , "what you know is unimportant , whom you know is important", or more, "who knows / trusts you" is more important.

Solution I propose to all this mess is to kick and each every judge out and use Jury System.
.
If Jury System doesnt come, then cases like lightening bail will only increase --- and worse , such lightening bail may become systematic.
.
And Jury System is something ALL leaders of CoBhAp , RSS / VHP including SoMoKe have hated and opposed since 1950s.
.
And Jury System is also a proposal that all SoMoKe-andhbhagats have opposed. So pro-Jury anti-judge folks like myself have a lot of hard work to do.
