Contempt of court law does NOT LEGALLY apply on PM --- so NaMo could have criticized judge for giving lightening bail to Salman. But NaMo supported the lightening bail via silence. WHY?

To file any case against PM in court, permission of President i.e, Cabinet i.e. PM is needed !! IOW, it is legally impossible to file any case against PM in any court. So NaMo could have easily criticized judges' decision to give lightening bail to Salman. But NaMo, like SoGa or MMS, remained maun !!

And by maintaining slience over lightening bail, NaMo made it clear that he supports the lightening bail.

There are many other ways NaMo indirectly supported lightening bail.

The whole mess in judiciary is because NaMo , like SoGa / ArKe, has always opposed law-drafts needed to fix courts. eg NaMo (and SoGa / ArKe ) always opposed Jury System , always opposed Right to Recall judges, opposed creation of 200,000 more courts for speedy trials, opposed narcotest in public in murder/death/corruption trials etc. And thats why paidmediamen support SoMoKe,

The judge always had one fear in mind --- what if SoMoke raise hell for lightening bail? And only after judge was convinced that SoMoKe would NOT raise hell for lightening bail , the agreed to give lightening bail to Salman.

NaMo-andbhagats give 100s of gooddy-goody reasons and supports NaMo's decision NOT to criticize lightening bail given to Salman. But real reason is not difficult to see. Salman and his father had supported NaMo in may-2014 election. That fetched some 20 lakhs to 30 lakhs votes to NaMo, without which, BJP would have been 3-8 seats less. Favor begets favor , and so NaMo supported lightening bail to Salman via thundering silence.

Moral of the story is NOT new. Whatever safety commons still have is ONLY because some people Ravindra Patil DO NOT sell souls for money or votes or whatever. Otherwise, all leadersm judges, human rights activists like Harish Salve, NGOmen, paidmediamen are just showcases and nothing more.
