The High Court Justice Abhay Thipsay who gave bail to Bhaijaan Salmanbhai, had also acquitted Learned Judge J W Singh who was alleged to have nexuses Bhai Shirmani Chhota Shakeelbhai

As per allegations, the policemen had taped the phone conversation between Learned Judge J W Singh and Bhai Shiromani Chhota Shakeelbhai , brother of Bhai Shiromani Dawoodbha. And Learned Judge J W Singh was recorded to have said that "give me Rs X lakhs and I will give bail to your henchmen".

The case had gone in court of MACOCA court , and Honorable Justice Abhat Thipsay was back then a Learned Sessions Judge in that MACOCA court.

Learned Judge Abhay Thipsay had acquitted Learned Judge J W Singh by citing that policemen had no authority to record the phone conversation !!!
