And this and much worse ALWAYS happens when activists decide to use head to wear caps / masks and refuse to read law-drafts needed to fix administration and fix country.

All entertainment of cap wearing is worth the damage it causes, except that enemy countries such as USA , China etc are NOT wasting time in entertainment and bringing better and better law-drafts everyday in their country. eg China recently moved to Jury System which has vastly improved speed in its courts and also reduce corruption in their courts !! So activists in India should be working to bring Jury System in India. But instead, all they do is SoMoKe-andhbhakti and bring entertainment.

Solution I propose to all activists is to use heads NOT to wear caps / masks but read / understand / explain LAW-DRAFTS by which Indian administrative can be made less obstructive and yet more effective. The law-drafts I propose are TCP , Right to Recall over all from PM to District Police Chief to District Education Officer , DDMRCAM so that we dont see scams like Jindal getting coal for Rs 108 / tonne , Jury System so that we can reduce corruption / nexuses / nepotism in courts etc. etc .
