yesterday I had a 7 hrs long conversation with one of the district BJP president (former) on right to recall law drafts. subsequently I gave him 301 pdf. as he told 'I will clear my stand after study law drafts', so I cant put his name untill I get his response. It seems to me, that wd be posative.
