to implementation, govt invited companies to submit their proposal.

I think, its all about SHELTER HOUSES instead of slaugter houses. but BJP want to urge activists to make false allegation, so they can establish that 'we are abide to protect cow slaughter and its a misconception charge on hinduwadi party'.
