The best way to defame RTR-concept is to have a draft , which has label of RTR but the procedure code is terrible. And Karnataka CM and AAP \ AK are implementing the same plan to defame RTR concept ---- make a highly horrible law with label of RTR . This draft Congress-AAP is so terrible, that it and will make whole "Right to Recall" concept look bad. The solution I propose is that the activists should publicize the good draft via pamphlets, newspaper advt , facebook .
