We at Right to Recall Group since 2007 have been demanding that honor of Rashtrapita should be given to Shri Subhashchabdra Bose. And in 2012, we supported the proposal that documents that Govt of India has wrt to Rastrapita Bose should be made public. We will step up our campaign. We will publicly, via newspaper advertisements as well as pamphlets, request all 80 crore voters of India , to order their MPs, to order Home Minister, to disclose all documents wrt Shri Subhashchandra Bose.
It is NOT about past, but about future. The glorification and restoration of Netaji Bose is necessary to convince the citizens of today, that freedom came and can be protected only via judicious use of weapons, and not by bhajans and spinning charkhas. The paid historians has created a myth that Military and weapon-manufacturing is useless by creating a myth that freedom came by Mohanbhai's bhajan-singing and charkha-spinning. And those paid-historians have belittled sacrifice and role of Shri Bose, lakhs of Azad Hind Fauz soldiers and lakhs of other activists. So today, the citizens of India have no concept of importance of Military and weapon manufacturing, and so our Military is weak, and weapon manufacturing non-existent.
Restoration and glorification of Shri Bose will enable good activists to convince citizens that Military and weapon manufacturing is must to protect the freedom.
So we at Right to Recall promise to start a campaign to convince all 80 crore voters of India to order MPs via SMS to disclose all documents related to Shri Rashtrapapita Mahatma Subhashchandra Bose.

I am Chandra Bose. I am involved with a social activist group, Indian Socialist Democratic Forum. We are basically working for Human Rights in third world countries, with special emphasis on India. We arrange different seminars and awareness programs on Human Rights. We are also dealing with RTI Act cases. Now, we were approached by a group of youngsters, very enthusiastic youngsters working to bring RIGHT TO RECALL in the country. I have gone through the basic details of this system and I find that today, India is passing through a phase where accountability is rather missing. I would also like to state that it is missing at all levels. It is missing at the political level, it is missing at the bureaucracy level,it is missing at the Judiciary, and it is missing with our Police force. So we must have a system where We, the people of this country will be able to RECALL and would be able to ensure that the persons holding important positions are accountable to the people of this country. So on behalf of the Indian Socialist Democratic Forum and on behalf of the BOSE FAMILY we fully support this movement and I feel that the time has come when we should make people aware,make people aware of this country their Rights and their RIGHT TO RECALL on any person who is accountable to this country. नमस्कार मैं चन्द्र बोस, मैं एक समाज सेवी संस्था इंडियन सोशलिस्ट डेमोक्रेटिक फोरम के साथ जुड़ा हुआ हूँ| हमलोग थर्ड वर्ल्ड देशों में मानव अधिकार के लिए लड़ रहे हैं | और मुख्यत भारत वर्ष के हर समस्या में हमारी नजर है | हमलोग विभिन्न सेमिनार और मीटिंग का आयोजन करते रहते हैं | फिलहाल हमारी RTI के केस में रूचि है, और इस दिशा में काम कर रहे हैं | अभी मैं जो ये व्यक्तव्य दे रहा हूँ, कुछ बहुत ही उत्साहित देश भक्त युवा मुझसे मिलने आये हैं जिनका एक संगठन है, जो पुरे देश भर में राईट टू रिकॉल के ड्राफ्ट / कानून का प्रचार कर रहे हैं और इसी सिलसिले में काम कर रहे हैं | इस Right To Recall ग्रुप के द्वारा दावी किये गए सभी ड्राफ्ट मैंने विस्तार पूर्वक पढ़े हैं और मैं समझता हूँ की भारत इस समय ऐसे दौर से गुजर रहा है जहाँ जवाबदेही का अभाव है, और मैं ये भी कहना चाहूँगा की ये जवाबदेही किसी भी स्तर पर नहीं है | ये जवाबदेही राजनीतिक, अफसरशाह, न्यायिक और पुलिस सिस्टम में दूर दूर तक नहीं दिखती है | फलस्वरूप हमे इस देश एक ऐसी सिस्टम की रचना करनी पड़ेगी जिससे जवाबदेही को बढाया जा सके यानि की इन पदों पर "रिकाल” का अधिकार जनता को मिलना चाहिए, ताकि जनता अपने इच्छा स्वरुप इने अपने पदों से हटा सके | इसीलिए मैं इंडियन सोशलिस्ट डेमोक्रेटिक फोरम एवं बोस परिवार की तरफ से इस RTR (राईट टू रिकॉल ) के आन्दोलन को अपनी पूरी सहमति देता हूं एवं मैं ये भी मानता हूँ की वो समय अब आ गया है जब जनता को राईट टू रिकॉल (RTR) के द्वारा जनप्रतिनिधियों को हटाने का अधिकार मिलना चाहिए जिनकी साधारण जनता के प्रति जवाबदेही बनती है | जय हिन्द !!

RIGHT TO RECALL আইনের প্রচার করছেন এবং তা নিয়ে কাজ করছেন। আমি এই দলের দাবি করা আইনগুলি সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত পড়েছি। এবং আমি বুঝলাম যে ভারতবর্ষ আজ এমন একটি সময়ের মধ্যে দিয়ে যাচ্ছে যেখানে স্বচ্ছতা খুজে পাওয়া যাচ্ছে না। আমি এটা ও বলতে চাইব যে এই স্বচ্ছতা বা জবাবদিহি টা সব জায়গাতেই নিরুদ্দেশ। রাজনিতি,কর্মকান্ড,কোর্ট,বিচার,প্রশাসন,পুলিশ,সব জায়গাতেই স্বচ্ছতার বড়-ই অভাব দেখা দিয়েছে। কাজে ই আমাদের একটা এমন সিস্টেম বা ব্যবস্হার দরকার যেখানে আমরা,দেশের মানুষেরা, সেই সব জনপ্রতিনিধিদের RECALL করতে পারি যারা সাধারণ মানুষের কাছে জবাবদিহি করতে বাধ্য। তাই ইন্ডিয়ান সোসালিস্ট ডেমোক্রেটিক ফোরাম এবং বোস পরিবারের পখ্খ্য থেকে আমি এই আন্দোলনটি কে সম্পূর্ণ রূপে SUPPORT বা সর্মথন করছি। এবং আমি মনে করছি যে সেই সময়টা এসে গিয়েছে যখন মানুষকে তাদের অধিকার সম্পর্কে,তাদের সেই সব জনপ্রতিনিধিদের RECALL করার অধিকার সম্পর্কে সচেতন করতে হবে যারা যারা সাধারণ মানুষের কাছে জবাবদিহি করতে বাধ্য। জয় হিন্দ !!
