1. The mother from whose womb the child has taken birth shall be the mother of the child for all legal purposes.

2. Any contract written to handover the child before child birth will be void.

3. The child can be handed over only 2 months after birth. And it will be 6 months after the birth if both the new parents are not close relatives of the mother. And it will be 1 year after the birth if the either of the new parents is a foreigner.
