Apparently, Sant Rampal did appear after a judge had summoned him in year 2006 or so. The judges kept in prison for months , but didnt finish the case !!! And so next time, the followers of Sant Rampal had two VALID excuses to evade summons.

1. The judges are corrupt. First, take actions against corrupt judges, and then talk about case against Rampal.
.
2. Sant Rampal did stay in prison for over 6 months. Why wasnt case disposed of in those 6 months ?
.
An interesting thing is that many of those who oppose Sant Rampal REFUSE to fix the problem of corruption and nepotism in judges , and they claim that judges actions are free from corruption and nepotism !!

And the supporters of Sant Rampal to dont give proposals to fix the problem of corruption and nepotism in judges.

Those oppose Sant Rampal want to crush him and his Ashram using force administered by corrupt nepotic judges , and NOT using force administered by Jurors. It will be possible to crush Sant Rampal using force administered by judges, But then a large number of his followers will end up siding with Naxalites and Missionaries.

As we speak, number of followers of Sant Rampal is increasing. His followers are mostly in SC, ST and OBCs lower middle class and lower class.

Facts can only get cleared when media will show views from both sides or Narco is conducted. On News Nation, i saw they told that illicit activities like prostitution, drugs supply, weapon supply to naxalites, intoxicated food was given to shradhhalus & secretly their organs were taken out, such activities were also done in Ashram.

Sant Rampal & his followers had been facing discrimination & harassement from Judges, followers had published & circulated books numbered in lakhs exposing Judges of Haryana courts how they protect criminals, distort facts, harass innocents, impose bogus cases.

Instead of arresting & trial on those who organized attack on Satlok Ashram in 2006, the judges, police, Hudda administration had been harassing victims.

Sant Rampal & his followers had been facing many bogus cases since 2006 Karontha Kaand who had been demanding CBI to investigate instead of Haryana Police.

Can someone give exact more details?

From what I read he is accused of murder. Is it so? Is he accused of murder? If not, what are the crimes he is accused of? Is he accused of murder or instigating murder? If he instigated, then who is the actual killer?

His bhagat accuse judges of being corrupt, and the bhagats say that they dont have trust in judges. With this, I agree. I also dont have faith in judges and their summons etc have no value to me.
.
The solution I propose is to select 1500 voters at random from voter list , The voters should be not from Haryana, but near by states such as Punjab , Rajasthan, Uttaranchal and Delhi. The voters should be between age of 30 years and 45 years. The Jurors will listen to all parties, may order narcotest on a party if they consider him doubtful and then decide the case. I will take their verdict as almost final. If there is doubt, then next trial should be by 1500 hundred Jurors chosen at random from voter list of voters across India except above mentioned 5 states.

But anyway, who is the ACTUAL murder accused? What was the case about? Was it land dispute? What type of dispute? And is Sant Rampal directly involved?
