People of West Bengal are known to be patient & long suffering when it comes to exploitation by political parties! We have seen the days of Congress rule under the leadership of Siddhartha Shankar Ray. Youth suspected to be Naxalites- were butchered by the police with the instruction of their political bosses. Then there were police atrocities during Left Front rule culminating with the violence at Nandigram. The Left Front had to relinquish power due to Nandigram. However, what we find now is mindboggling & sends a shiver down the spine of even the courageous!
The TMC Party & Government have shattered all previous records by emerging as the most violent entity in the political spectrum. The People of West Bengal must retrospect & do some serious thinking regarding the performance of their beloved CM & her Government!
In the crime charts the TMC Party & Government have topped the list in molestation, rape & murder. Any person who challenges the Government is liable to be inflicted with any or all of the above. Park Street to Katua to Kamduni- the administration has miserably failed to nab & punish the culprits. It appears if one registers with the TMC- one gets a license to steal, rape & murder under the protection of the TMC Party & Government.
What is happening in Birbhum, Parui & Burdwan is like a story from the wild! The administration is a silent spectator to all the terror & violence unleashed by the TMC. The Police administration does not exist. In Parui it is controlled by a Trinamool goon- Anubrata Mandal. In Jadavpur the official MP- Sugata Bose is absconding! The self styled MP- Arabul Islam is calling the shots. Just for media & the public a drama was conducted to state that Arabul has been suspended from the party. But friends in Jadavpur area tell us- one cannot move an inch without the support of Arabul.
Its time the democratic people of West Bengal rise to the occasion & demand a change in the Government so that democracy, law & order are restored & the goons who are having a good time are punished.
